This adorable picture was taken at the Jaguar Rescue Center in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica. It is there where the people are dedicated to the rehabilitation of injured or orphaned animals. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about all of the animals and were taking really good care of those who can not care for themselves. The sloths and the monkeys were my favorite part of the tour because of how cute they are and how intelligent. Sloths are very important in nature as they help fertilize the earth when they come down to the soil after days up in the trees. The Jaguar Rescue Center rehabilitate these animals and then returns them back to their habitat better than ever!
