Triatomine bugs

A patient arrives to the hospital with fever and swelling on their face right above their left eye. They are having mild symptoms and leave the hospital with antibiotics for the swelling. The same patient comes back a year later with heart rhythm abnormalities and an echo of the heart is ordered. The ejection fraction of the heart is seen to be very low and the heart muscles are inflamed. Blood is also taken from the patient and the presence of a parasite is noted. If the patient had been tested earlier for this specific parasite the patient could have taken preventative measures to monitor their heart. What bug do you think causes this parasite in the blood?
